The Dexas Prep¥Tech Cutting Board is designed to help improve the home chefÕs culinary skills. Made with natural bamboo, the large prep surface is 16 inches wide, and features two integrated Òtech slotsÓ that can hold most sizes of smart phones or tablets at the proper viewing angle. The Prep¥Tech board also has a perimeter juice groove that connects with a corner reservoir and pour spout. That way, all juices from fruits, vegetables or cooked meats can be captured and used to further enhance cooking preparations. The rounded ends of the board make it easy to pick up and pour juices or stock into storage containers.

Natural bamboo does need some added care and should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave. Handwashing with hot, soapy water is always recommended, and mineral oil should also be applied occasionally to restore the warm, natural tones of the bamboo.
